LINDFIELD GARDENS

The goal was to boost sales enquiries from self-funded seniors (75+) by positioning Lindfield Gardens as a must-live-in retirement community. My research highlighted that this is a sensitive purchase, the decision made mostly by women. I developed brand positioning, strategy and campaign messaging that emphasized empowerment around the lead idea ‘now is your time’. No talking down – the tone is friendly, feminine and sophisticated.
